Right of Withdrawal

Last updated: June 2026 · Courtesy translation — the German version is binding

Purchases through the Apple App Store

All purchases of Schwitz Pro (subscriptions and the one-time lifetime purchase) are processed through the Apple App Store. The contracting party for the purchase is Apple (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland). Withdrawals and refunds are therefore governed by the Apple Media Services terms.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase of digital content and services within 14 days without giving any reason. For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires under § 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) if you have expressly agreed that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Apple obtains this consent during the purchase process.

Exercising your withdrawal with Apple

To request a withdrawal or refund from Apple:

  • Via reportaproblem.apple.com — sign in with your Apple Account, select the purchase and choose “Report a Problem” or request a refund.
  • Alternatively, contact Apple Support: support.apple.com

Independently of this, you can cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions); the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Questions?

If you have questions about Schwitz Pro, we are happy to help: [email protected]. Refunds for App Store purchases, however, are decided by Apple as the contracting party for the purchase.
